The entire systems is role/user driven. Users can be granted access to the individual applications inside Agility Intelligence. Then inside each application additional permissions are assigned. For example, the Agent will allow read only or full access to the ERP by Module. Module examples are: A/R - Sales, A/P - PO, Production, etc
It can see/access what the logged in users has been granted inside Agility Intelligence. In the SAP space, Service Layer transactions will also be governed by the users SAP Authorizations.
I can get a list, but it is essentially any transaction we can complete today in Wisys as we have built and API wrapper around our Macola SDK. SAP is similar, we have exposed Service Layer transactions for what is typically used in our space. Business Partners, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.
Users can be assigned to a role that contains read only access, that will prevent transactions. When they are ready to utilize transactions they can enable full access to the specific module the user requires
Outside of a process workflow built in Automation, all transactions require human approval. Automation will allow for trigger based automatic workflow. These could be built with or without human approval depending on what customers build and how inside the tool.
This varies by application. Agent - the prompt is sent to AI. Interpreter - after OCR the extracted text from the document is sent to AI. Box packing and Fusion do not send any data. No data is stored.
The data is not used to train models
This is being discussed at the development level. Logs are currently being generated, we are in the process of determining how these will be accessible via customers and support.
It currently supports AzureAD Authentication, and On Premise Active Directory Authentication. MFA is not supported at this time
