GPA implemented the [WiSys Warehouse Management System (WMS)](https://wisys.com/?hsLang=en-us) in August of 2011 after struggling with inventory management.

“We chose to work with WiSys because of their complete integration into our ERP – [Macola Software](https://www.ecisolutions.com/products/macola/),” explains Manny Martinez, Director of IT. “Their wireless Motorola infrastructure provided us with complete visibility into inventory levels at all sites and the exact location of orders throughout the shipping cycle.”

Since integrating the WiSys Warehouse Management System, GPA has:

- **Saved $1 million** in reduced inventory levels over a 2-year period.
- Seen **96% efficient pick rate** and **95% same-day ship rate** for orders.
- Moved from a once a year Physical Inventory to an inventory based on perpetual Cycle counting leading to a **.045% inventory discrepancy**.
